There really isn't one best antivirus in the world, or it would be the only one people had (unless of course it cost too much money)

Different antiviruses may not all have the same definitions for all viruses and hence may not catch them all.

Windows Defender works pretty good, I use this one

Spy Sweeper is good

AVG is good

The best one I have ever used (and I have used a lot) would have to be Bit Defender, but it costs money, I use it now, and I have no problems with viruses, it catches them as they come. It really great, and it is really easy to set rules and personalize it
