ok, if u have uninstalled it from add or remove programmes, and it still pops up then try to install another Antivirus, it will help you to uninstall the previous one. If in case it doesnt allow you to install new anti virus then delete all files of Older Antivirus from systems Programme Files except Quarantine folder. Hope This might Helps you.
