ZoneAlarm has a okay free firewall, but as antivirus it's not the best out there.

Yep, Kaspersky is the best one which you can basically get for free now.

AOL has released Active Virus Shield which uses the Kaspersky engine and virus definitions. AOL sucks but this is the best thing to come from them for a long time. This is even better than AVG (another good free antivirus program).

Kaspersky is the best from that list.

Zonealarm has very very very poor antivirus solution. care to put my truth to the test, download a selection of viruses and save them to a file, scan your pc with a selected number of antiviruses, watch zonealarm will not catch 95% of infectious files on your pc.
