Pack it up and take to the store that you bought it from. Don't forget your reciept.
Now if you bought it, and they won't take it back... consider this thought... NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN... EVER. Buy from a store that accepts returns when things don't work. Here are some "Return Friendly Stores" Costco, Staples. HEY, Staples has the EASY button.
So if you are STUCK with it, then sell it at eBay.
