Try run in safe mode (by pressing F8 when you boot your computer). Then you can use the account named adminstrator (you can see adminstrator now). Then in the admin account, go to CONTROL PANEL, USER ACCOUNT, and create a account with the type set to adminstrator. After that, restart computer and run normally. You can use the newly created adminstrator now (This mean you can also install antivirus now). Go to www.free-av.com to download Avira Antivir Personal Edition Classic (this free antivirus is better than AVG and Avast, although it is not well known).
