I am using antivir antivirus.has anybody else used it?is it effective enough?

AntiVir's detection rates *are* excellent.

However I suggest that you keep a close eye on your update logs and be sure it is updating properly. I have had Avira installed a few times and have always had automatic-update issues with it. And an antivirus that can't be trusted to update isn't very good; so I've been using Avast with no such problems.

there certain issue with the update but id never face the prob.

still working flawlessly.
