U may use "Norton Internet Security 2007" else "Kasparesky Internet security" these 2 are the leading products and the second one I prefer is "Zone Alarm Security Suite" But u have to be enough patient to answer all the questions it asks when u r on work.......!

Hmm, answering a few questions or infected PC? I know which I'd prefer. But then I don't get these problems because I use Linux.
In my experience, I've seen that Norton Internet Security works pretty well as both an antivirus and firewall. It doesn't slow down your computer, and it keeps updated on a regular basis.
Norton is the best.
